Mr. Kotz has developed or redeveloped over 1.3 million square feet of retail, office and industrial projects throughout the mid-Atlantic over the past 20 years. He has asset managed and sold more than 100 real estate assets valued at more than $800 million since 1990. He has held executive positions with KLNB, West Group, Alex Brown Realty Advisors, South Charles Realty and Bailey Realty Corporations. Highlights include Sudley Manor Square, a 170,000 SF strip center located in the heart of the Route 234 retailing corridor in Manassas, Virginia; 16300 Heritage Boulevard, Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s metro Washington regional headquarters in Bowie, Maryland; Seneca’s fully renovated headquarter building in Bethesda, Maryland; and Fauquier Crossing, a planned 65,000 SF grocery-anchored strip center to be located on Route 29, five miles east of Warrenton, Virginia.
