Based in Bethesda, Maryland, Seneca Properties is a development, property management, asset management and investment firm focused on creating and sustaining value in commercial properties throughout the mid-Atlantic. Marc Geffroy and Brad Kotz founded the company in 1993. They currently co-direct the company, and have worked together on numerous mid-Atlantic commercial real estate projects since 1989. Individually, and as a team, they have developed more than 230 residential lots and more than 1.9 million square feet of industrial, office and retail properties throughout the mid-Atlantic and southern California.

Seneca principals have successfully completed numerous asset management, property repositioning and/or disposition assignments for institutional clients such as Northwestern Mutual Life, CB Richard Ellis, COPT, Lend Lease, Mass Mutual, The AFL-CIO Building Trust, and GEIA.
